Nope, the CRS312 isn’t the only MikroTik device with 10G Ethernet ports. Some CCRs, like the CCR2116 and CCR2216, have 10G SFP+ ports, but if you're looking for actual RJ45 10G Ethernet ports, that's rare on their routers. MikroTik seems to push their switches (like the CRS series) for that.

Check if your Ethernet cables are Cat5e or better; older ones can slow things down. Also, look at your router settings to see if there's a bandwidth limit set. And if you haven't updated the firmware, give that a shot.
