easiest fix is to change the serviceports to something else, then the scripts the hacker use dont trigger.. Ive changed default serviceport on all my rb's and never have a problem with bruteforce.. I had alot of bruteforces before I did that..

Re: v3.2 released ;-)

I guess you have uncheked watchdog, but have you also removed the ip address that it was set to ping ? If not, do that too.

Re: v3.2 released ;-)

we upgraded some systems -rb112, rb133c to 3.1 from 2.9 and got trouble with them at once. They reboot frequently for no reason and according to log it was because of power outage (confirmed not to be the cause). My RB600 has this problem: system, error, critical router was rebooted without proper sh...

Re: Outdoor AP problem

The basic rate should be set to the lowest for the band. You have basic-rates-a/g=6Mbps,9Mbps,12Mbps. It should be basic-rates-a/g=6Mbps
fixed. No difference..

Up/down speed was 4mbit/2mbit for 30 minutes, then it suddenly dropped to 100kb/90kb for no reason. Signal stayed the same and so did noise levels and frequency usage. It stayed that low until ...
