Re: iOS VPN Issues

Thanks @sindy I have those ports forwarded already on the Fios router. The rule is GRE, ESP, AH, UDP Any > 500, UDP Any > 4500 and UDP Any > 1701 on the Fios UI I went and set up the Tik as DMZ, so the Tik has a 192.168.x.x address on the fios network so I put that into the DMZ set up. The tik spits...

Re: Help Picking a Router for a Tik Newb

More ports, more power, bigger case, higher consumption and much more expensive.
Thanks - are the spec published as to what each level of router can do? I see the RAM difference, but if you have < 100 you get this model, 100>150 get this model, 150+ > This model, etc? Any published guidelines?

Re: Help Picking a Router for a Tik Newb

If it is just about the router, the rb750gr3 looks like something that will handle that and allows you to learn the mikrotik way of life. Small, easy, cheap but powerful and versatile.
thank you. What is gained by moving up to the RB3311/RB1100 or the CCR line?
