Max depends normaly for long ranges on the altitude ASL "above sea level" , also the signal should be in 60dbm-65dbm in both sides, and you will have a good speed, also use 5Ghz for long distances because of the smaller fresnel zone .

Guys , what are your expectaions about multi hops installation ? for example 3 hops to achive 100Km 33km each .
Does it have any type of speed degradation ? forwarding overhead or something like that "if we assumed 100% perfect connection in each hop "

thanks .

The performance of 11n depends on the number of antennas attached to the radio using MIMO technology, the curent draft n supports up to 3xMIMO, for that atheros produced 3 ant connectors in the 11n cards as they in SR71 "as far as I expect" , but the final release expect to have 4xMIMO to outcome a ...

Before, someone recommended 24v 2A for RB433AH , and 48v 1A for RB600 the current is a good thing to add not like the voltage which will going to burn your board, and you should look at the total power which is VxA then you can calculate it by yourself, how many mini-pcis "each consume amount of pow...

Hi , An idea, and as always want your feed back ! The problem here i knew diversity is not supported by ROS in 2.9 "don't know about v3" , and i noticed that XR radios has a single mmcx as will as R5H , which means no need for diversity by them !
