I used a program called Radius Manager, it is a billing solution for mikrotik and you install it in a linux box with fedora core 5 or 6

This was solved by:

login in the hotspot with the fedora core 6 (using the web browser of the machine witch host the radius server) and then it all works fine.

Make shure your radius servers are loged in the Mikrotik hotspot before you begin.

In order to do this you have to make the routerboard behave like a network switch the rest is intuitive.

One thing that you guys migth whant to know is that you have to log-in the hotspot before you can acces the user-manager.

Make shure you create a hotspot user with winbox so you can log in with that user and then log in the user-manager.

I solved by loggin with the radius server to mikrotik hotspot using the default admin account, then it all works fine ^_^
