Re: Help.. simple ap hap AC 2 very slow.

Have you set your channel width to be 80MHz on 5GHz, and of course make a separate SSID for 5GHz to make sure you are connected to it and not 2.4GHz?

I get around 320 mbps on wireless with it.

Re: MikroTik News February 2018 (Issue #80)

Such a shame. I would have bought dozens of CRS328-24P-4S+RM if they ever existed. I think this was the presentation:

Re: Fast Path not being used [SOLVED]

Are there any disadvantages to using Fast Forward (which I assume is the same as Fast Path)?

Fast Path not being used [SOLVED]

Hi I have a Mikrotik CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD operating as a router for a cable modem with internet access. I have a computer connected to a port, and a POE switch connected to a few CCTV IP cameras. The cameras send video data to the server. When I look at the traffic stats for the ports, they are not us...

Four Access Points with Ethernet, is WDS useful?

Hi I have four Mikrotik wireless access points, connected to the network with ethernet. They are using the same SSID and security profile, and are intended to provide good coverage throughout the whole office. Is there any benefit to adding WDS? I have read that it can improve the speed of handovers...

Re: VPN Client - Accessing remote IP addresses from client network

Thank you, I'll give it a try.

Is there definitely no need for any masquerading? I have the Mikrotik book on my reading list but just got to rush this.

VPN Client - Accessing remote IP addresses from client network

Hi I've connected my router to a remote router over the internet via LT2P. Both routers are Mikrotik routers. My router here is serving a standard 192.168.0.0/24 network, and the remote network is 192.168.1.0/24. I'm able to ping a machine on the remote network on Winbox on my router, but on a compu...

Hosting The Dude Server on Raspberry Pi

Hello all

Is it possible to host The Dude Server on a Raspberry Pi? It would be a nice low-cost solution for monitoring some simple client office setups.
