Re: Help needed to translate PCC routerOsV6 firewall mangle to routerOsV7

The mangle would be ok if it works on v6. In v7, I think you should take a look in IP/Route. In my situation, with 2 working pppoe, I only need to remove ping in check gateway and add 2 rules into Rules table, and it works now.

Re: how to PCC in version 7?

Today I upgraded to v7.1 and find out my network can't access internet with my route config. After a while with some suggestion around this forum, I find that I will need to fix the route, add 2 rules to the route/rules, edit the routes table without ping in check gateway. So it actually works right...

Mikrotik should implement a simple data usage so it can monitor data traffic. The splunk is a very complicated one.

I came here because I can't install the dude on hap ac2 caused of small flash. I want to monitor my network usage of day, month,... And the solution is use the dude. I think mikrotik should implement other ways to monitor the network here. The graphing tools is very limited.

I have just figured something out. If I leave the address look like ::/64 for both, one of them will disappear, but then I add address to one of them like ::192.168.1.1/64 then it will be fine.

IPV6 Address disappear after a reboot of router

I'm using internet from 2 ISPs, both of them offers PPPOE and Dual stack for IPV6. One of them have a problem with IPV6 configuration from their NOC, I tried to explain but got refused by them because I'm just a normal user. Recently, a company implement ipv6 for their network and got a problem like...

I got the same problem here in my country, Using FTTH from Viettel. I noted them with the issue that some sites I can ping but can't access via IPV6. If it were that easy, we would have done it :) I know you guys will need to rewrite it from scratch for x64 support and for Mac too. But that is something to consider. So everyone came here for x64 support on mac. Why don't just make a 64bit winbox for mac rather than stick to the windows version? It would be more beautiful in design, and run natively in mac it would be faster then run from wine.

Ok, I just realize that this lagging causing because of the hardware limitation, it is because of the 100mbps port and my internet is 100mbps too, so it causing bottleneck when all of the bandwidt of internet is used, there is nothing left for IPTV streaming.

Also you should note that when the ISP gives you a 100 Mbps connection, what they mean is there will be 100 Mbps at the lowest network layer. (sometimes not even that, in the past here when getting an ADSL line the specified speed would be the ATM line rate which is even a lower layer) All layers a...

hAP ac is no beast, its CPU might be a bottleneck here. Run tools->profile while tranfering data from/to internet full speed. Check which processes consume most CPU cycles.
