Re: Future of LTE products, user feedback requested

Hi, I'm looking for an LTE modem that will be compatible with Mikrotik routerboards (RBM11G). I need 3CA LTE-A suppot including L-Band (Band 32) and all the usual bands in the UK (B1,B3, B7, B20) I am looking at the Telit LM960 and would like to know if others have used this modem in the RBM11G. The...

Re: TELIT LM940 - how to get working?

I use this USB adapter with Telit LM940 and can confirm it to work fine with RouterOS 6.45.6.

Re: v6.45.7 [stable] is released!

I have Telit LM940+adapter card connected to RBM33G USB3 port. I had to revert back to v6.45.6 to get this LTE card back in use. LTE card stayed in Functionality: minimum. Also, couldn't give any AT commands on CLI as it said that "it's not supported".

Difference of in-interface and in-bridge-port in firewall rules

I have lately wondered why there is two ways of defining interfaces on firewall rules. Are they totally identical and always interchangeable? If not, then what kind of differences there are?

in-interface vs. in-bridge-port
out-interface vs. out-bridge-port

Thanks,
Marko

Re: TELIT LM940 - how to get working?

I have managed to get LM940 working with RBM33G (RouterOS and firmware are 6.45.2). LM940 is connected to RBM33G via USB3 adapter so I didn't have to tape any connectors to force USB2 only mode. I upgraded LM940 to the latest firmware (24.01.513) and set AT#USBCFG=3. Only issue I'm wondering now is ...

RBM33G + MC7445 rebooting in high traffic speedtesting

After some initial issues I managed to get RBM33G to work with miniPCIe MC7445. I have covered specific connectors (23,25,27,29,31,33) on MC7445 with tape so that it's using USB2 instead of USB3. Low level of traffic is all fine – simple browsing and watching some videos from youtube etc. High speed...
