Re: Mikrotik seeing gateway as reachable

CCR is also ignoring any route selections and nexthops I have set for it

I have route for subnet 10.112.0.0/16 via two gateways 10.133.44.1 and 10.219.220.254

The Mikrotik refuses to pick the second one under any circumstances.

Can anyone help with this?

Hello I am trying to set up recursive routing for several subnets I have followed every guide there is, mikrotik is detecting recursive routes propely, however it sees disconnected gateway as reachable as does not do the failover to another network. I am using CCR1009 with 6.48.5 long term. I have d...

Re: v6.42.9 [long-term] is released!

Does this upgrade include the fix for the CCR-1072's that keep crashing when trying to run them at 1200Mhz ? (https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=122525) Did support@ tell you it should be fixed in this version? I can't see any signs of this in the topic. Also, this topic is for prob...

Re: Warning before installing CHR 6.42.1 on Hyper-V

Oh god, im so glad i didnt upgrade. I have no room to experiment with production devices, yet mikrotik puts head in the sand instead of proper testing and fixing the 6.42 branch. Staying on 6.41, we’ll see in the following months if we’ll replace these with ciscos, better to have an expensive workin...

Re: Automatic dst-nat rule based on internal IP assignments

You´re trying to send SNMP traps over WAN? That´s a very bad idea in the first place, set up a VPN.

Re: v6.42.1 [current]

Yea I had to do that also, 6.42.1 broke a lot of things, namely it completely broke the router on the Hyper-V platform, so this is a no go for me.

Re: Really strange IPsec Mikrotik issue [SOLVED]

So I just realized this also happens with Intervlan routing, what the heck is going on? Why is this happening? routing.png The text in the red boxes is what Windows/Linux is reporting, basically everything is seen as traffic originating from gateway itself, why?? I never experienced this kind of beh...

I added
ip firewall nat chain=srcnat action=masquerade src-address=192.168.5.0/24 dst-address=192.168.5.0/24 log=no log-prefix=""
And it works now :)
