BGP routes from peers not redistributed to other peers
We have IPv6 BGP sessions with multiple peers. Now we have the issues that the routes received from the peers aren't redistributed to the other peers which works for IPv4.

IPv6 BGP Connection Reset
I tried establishing IPv6 BGP sessions from RouterOS to a server with BIRD. The connection is stuck in "Active" state and BIRD reports a "Connection Reset by Peer" error.

I haven't heard about that yet but it's certainly worth investigating. Do you happen to have a Packet Sniffer output file that contains the outbound connection you could share?
