The problem of bpdu forwarding through the router port on which STP is disabled during the router reboot. hap ac2.

Hello! Scheme: switch>router(hap ac2)>ISP switch is connected by its port 9 to port 2 of router, and port 1 of router is connected to ISP. router port 2 is added to bridge1, router port 1 is not a bridge member. Re: CRS354, traffic sniffer, hardware offloading, port mirroring, rspan [SOLVED]

I share the answer from the support of Mikrotik (maybe it will be useful to someone too). A sniffer will only capture packets that are processed by the software. When you are using HW offloading, the forwarded packets between switch ports are processed only by the switch chip, so they cannot be snif...

You have some syntax errors: there must not be any blanks around the "=" sign...
The syntax is correct, spaces appeared after copying/pasting.
Here's what it actually looks like:

CRS354 with 6.46.6. Traffic Sniffer from the port does not work with active Hardware Offloading for this port (i.e., Traffic Sniffer is work, but does not capture anything except stp). When disabling Hardware Offloading for a port, it is possible to capture packets from port, but when I turn on Hard...

Re: hAP ac^2 problem

When I plugged a 100 Mbps laptop into catalyst 3560E, and cat3560E hooked up 1 Gbps link into a mikrotik- everything worked perfectly.

How to make mikrotik work normally when devices with different link speed are connected to it?

P. S. do not suggest using cat3560E :)

Re: The NAT rule for viewing IPTV from a provider's UDP-to-HTTP server from outside the provider's network.

Probably, the scheme is working (I did not check it), but it requires using an external server with a proxy. Is there a way to make the mikrotik as a reverse proxy (without external server)?

Re: The NAT rule for viewing IPTV from a provider's UDP-to-HTTP server from outside the provider's network.

You can try it with a http reverse proxy that rewrites the host header to the correct one (unitv.xxxxxx.net).
Can you briefly describe the scheme using the reverse proxy for my task?

Re: The NAT rule for viewing IPTV from a provider's UDP-to-HTTP server from outside the provider's network.

It seems that I found out what the problem is, but I have not yet figured out how to circumvent it in a universal way. The essence of the problem is as follows: The second provider, with whom I thought the NAT rule did not work (and it worked quite correctly), uses for broadcasting IPTV software Ast...

Blocking IPv6 through the EoIP tunnel

Hi!
How to disable ipv6 advertise through the EoIP tunnel?
In the bridge settings, where the EoIP tunnel was added, I successfully blocked DHCPv4 (drop udp on 67-68), but I can not understand how to block the IPv6.
Please, help.
