It's the right version, and has been placed on several unaffected routers and installed normally.
No errors, just shows 'router rebooted' in the log and the file remains.

I have several clients that still have 6.38.5 and were compromised this weekend. New firmware file have been uploaded, but is ignored when it reboots. It remains in the file list and the log just shows 'router rebooted'. I have tried several firmware versions including 6.42.3. I have also reset the ...

After this happens, It simply ignores the new .pkg when it's rebooted.
I also did a /sys reset on one locally attached RB and it still will not load the firmware that is uploaded.
