I got the same issue in a hAP lite (RouterBOARD 941-2nD) on 7.1.1 (Dec/21/2021 11:53:05)

It starts the export and on some point it freezes.

Works ok with v7.2rc3, perhaps it is fixed in v7.2rc2 (2022-Jan-28):

The same problem on RB4011iGS+RM v. 6.46.6 and winbox v. 3.24.
Legacy Mode didn't work either.
Reboot solved the problem, but temporarily.
