Re: v7.4 [stable] is released!

Upgrading CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+(tile) from 6.49.6 (Stable) to 7.4 (Stable), stopped working micro sd card.
It's a shame and problematic when there is a Dude to install on it

Re: Wireguard - Unable to access computers on different LAN

very good i will try tonight.
This is strange because I am doing the exact same configuration on a WireGuard server installed on an Ubuntu.
It allowed me to communicate the clients together.

Otherwise,
if someone knows the Rate sets well,

I would like to understand each indication

1S or 2S ==> ??
OFDM:6-54 ==> OK, supported rate
BW:1x-4x ==> ??
SGI:1x-4x ==> ??
HT:0-15 ==> ??
VHTMCS:SS1=0-9,SS2=0-9 ==> ??

Thx for your feedback,
it is in a building,
length of the fiber is about 150,200m.
it's purely technical. on my diagram I drew some PCs. but it is equipment with a fixed ip.

Re: SwitchOS or RouterOS for a Ring fiber redondancy

The network is in L2. 5 (RouterOS or SwitchOS) connected together with a multimode LC fiber loop. on each device some devices connected. I just wrote on the forum "Ring topology" and I'm lost now. https://forum.mikrotik.com/search.php?keywords=Ring+topology https://forum.mikrotik.com/viewt...

Re: SwitchOS or RouterOS for a Ring fiber redondancy

Thanks for your return,

Yes it is a simple network in L2.

is there a better solution than RSTP, and easy to implement?
I read some post, I'm lost between, OSPF, MPLS, VPLS.

if you have experience using these protocols.

if the redundancy is better in the event of a break, I can take RouterOS

thx
