Re: CRS112 PoE out will not power SXTsq w/48v power

Hello @vlarsen

As @xvo already said, the SXTsq series devices requires "low voltage" powering.
Please pay attention to powering section.
Example:
PoE in: Passive PoE
PoE in input Voltage: 10-30 V

Unfortunately that will not be possible. All warranty/non-warranty related cases must be addressed to distributor from which you bought the device.

Re: wAP case repair?

There are no standard solution.
If device is mounted "properly" (as example, it is not upside down), there should not be problems since water can't get in. Although we would recommend to fill panel hole at least with something which would not let humidity in.

CCR1016.. & CCR1036.. r1 can be used only with 24V.
CCR1016.. & CCR1036.. r2 can be used only with 12V.

Be very careful when you change internal open frame PSU, if there will be an overvoltage, warranty will be automatically voided.

Temperatures are normal for both devices. Obviously it would be "better" if there would be some kind of active cooling installed in your rack, but, if there are no such option, then ~40C ambient temperature is still comfortable for the devices.
