koolkid1935 - Problem is with rc not this release. You will have to create a new CHR instance.

That seems to have worked. Created a new CHR instance using the 6.42 VMDK, restored config, transferred the P1 license to the new instance, all is well again.

I'm having an issue upgrading a CHR instance from 6.42rc20 to 6.42 current/stable using /system upgrade install . I have it licensed at a P1 level and it shows it's current when I run /system license print prior to the upgrade but when it reboots after the upgrade, it says starting as it normally do...
