Re: Routing between 2 local networks [SOLVED]

Hello

If there are no firewall rules, then by default router will route between networks. if there are rules, then without seeing them, its hard to suggest a solution.

Re: Recover from "No Default Configuration" System Reset

Unplug power
hold reset button
apply power
wait until usr led starts blinking (about 5-10s)
release power.

Should be back to factory config.

Monitoring with NetXms (ssh commands)

Hello

Are there any fellow NetXms users in this forum? Been using NetXms after The Dude and so far very happy with it. But i would like to request some additional data from Mikrotik over ssh, but not sure how to do it in NetXms, perhaps someone has some working examples ?

Re: Different networks (not part of bridge) can still see each other

Hello,

Its router basic task to route networks. Since it knows where each network is located, it can route between neworks. If you want to limit this, you need to add forward rules with drop action.

Re: Using Splunk to analyse MikroTik logs 2.6 (Graphing everything)

And how would i turn 123.123.123.123:1234->12.34.45.67:80 to Source Address = 123.123.123.123 Source Port = 1234 Dest Address = 12.34.45.67 Dest Port 80 So they would be searchable ?

SNMP or lack of it

Hello, I would like to ask why is the snmp not important to RouterOS developers ? Its implementation is very basic, and very different based on hardware. For example simple thing as monitoring PSU state, only ccr1009 has it, one would think its surely included on the more expensive hardware also, bu...

Retrive CCQ values with prtg

Hello

Has anyone got working solution for monitoring wireless CCQ stats (TX/RQ) with PRTG?

Since there is no snmp oid for ccq i think scripting is the only way to retrive those values.

IPIP Tunnel with stronger ipsec settings

Hello

As described in title, is it possible to use IPIP tunnel with stronger IpSec settings, instead of the dynamicly created one, where i can only change the pre shared secret?
