I suspect your ISP provider is blocking ICMP on the WAN side but as stated, its all hot air, or letters until you post your config! you where correct, had to fight with ISP before it started to work did a reset and programed again and you are probably right eventually but it works. Thank you

today i have Recursive backup not working since the PPPoe is not "main" in Routing table but "wan1" to send TRAFIC X out that interface only
and the rest of the trafic using WAN2 or Ether2 interface using DHCP to obtain ip from ISP router.
