Re: HELP! Triyng to Bridge two Networks using MPLS

You are on your way, but pause and consider the task you wish to accomplish. Your layer 3/routing is not displayed in your configs, but we will assume this is up ok. You wish to bridge two LANs for performance, not overlapping subnets. Consider MPLS apart from VPLS, VPLS simply transports over the l...

Re: VPLS bonding and MUM slides

Your looking for an ip sla and/or track type function. One suggestion, A. There are existing configurations presented by others that detail load balancing using ospf cost to manipulate traffic direction, also provides failover in event one link goes down, ospf does its normal job and routes all traf...

Re: VPLS bonding and MUM slides

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but any redundancy, failover ect. would be done apart from vpls. If you have (VPLS ptp or mesh design) and provide layer 3 redundancy below, vpls will reform, vpls runs on top of other protos. I hope this is OK, but if you could post description of the top...

Hello, I design, spec and oversee the construction of large scale wireless WAN's. Currently I operate a very large system which employs mpls/vpls covering 300 square miles (and growing). I see Cri provided a link to Link Tech's there are others, but out of curiosity what is the motivating factor for...

It gets even better with the broken paypal issue and no ability to make a clean upgrade from an older version to the new 5.22 which is claimed to fix the paypal http bad response. Curious.

Re: PayPal - bad http response

The changes that paypal made to their system is the reason for the failures. My system has been experiencing the same problems for the same amount of time. Here are two links from paypal that describe their change. https://ppmts.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/92 and https://www.x.com/node/2178...

Re: VPLS for big hotspot system

I think it is a possible solution, not sure about good. Is roaming absolutely required? I ask because of the additional complexity and troubleshooting you will encounter once you commit to the mpls configuration. I actually operate a very large contiguous mtk mpls network and this is mostly stable, ...

web browse to usermanager and select logs or sessions and in the upper right there is a drop down allowing you to change the number of items displayed.
