The same problem here: 2011UiAS as CAPSManager and three hAP ac as CAPs.
All connected with 1GBit on a HP1820 Switch. On the ethernet ports I can transfer up to 108MB/s constantly. On WLAN I can transfer max. 1-2MB/s with strong fluctuations. This is terrible poor and unusable.
