SNMPv3 (SHA1/AES) too slow

I am using Zabbix to monitor some of my devices like Router, Switch, NAS etc. I stumbled upon the problem that my Switch does not report its items in the configured time and the host is being disabled. snmpwalk from the Zabbix server works fine. I am currenty configuring my RB3011UiAS-RM (v. 6.42.5) - especially the firewall. While doing so I am checking whether or not I need to add a return-rule to custom chains so that the order of rules being processed is as expected.
