Hello.
If you insert the provider cable into the computer directly and configure a PPPoE connection, then everything works.
On Mikrotik PPPoE does not connect.
Login and password are correct.

Could be that NAND storage died ... what does /system resource print show at bad-blocks?
every 7 days I get a notification about the status of some parts of the device. the last time it was 0%

Things break, even unexpectedly. If it doesn't do anything, power adapter is first thing to check. According to specification, it should take anything between 12 and 30 V, so it shouldn't be hard to find another adapter to test with.

If it doesn't light up at all, it's probably dead power supply.
I only used it for 2 weeks and there were no power surges
