i have SXT LTE Kit, and on band3 with MTU 1480. but for my LTE interface MTU is 1200.
and -105 RSRP is really bad, you are on the cell Edge..
with band3 you should place your device with direct visibility to tower to improve signal.

Try to reduce Max MTU size, to something like 1360 or so..

unfortunately my MT is not upgrading to 6.44 from 6.43.12.

i am using the upgrade tool from winbox. downloading and reboot but it does not change at all...

pls. advise .. using RB952Ui-5ac2nD..

you can test with unlimited licence for 60 days :)

and i have CHR but on VMWare for Ipsec VPN - works very well.

Did you tried CHR on VMWare for example?
it's worth a try i think - you can attach as more CPU cycles/network cards as you want..
