Mikrotik will do everything you need but the configuration is a very steep learning curve. A professional will get you up and running before you are so frustrated that you throw everything away.

I need to know about BCP tunnel how to monitor and restart. All scripts I have seen use ip address pings to monitor ppp tunnels. BCP tunnels do not have ip addresses.
I need a script or info to monitor and restart them.

OpenConnect would be a great addition to Mikrotik. Mikrotik should support all VPN protocols without regard to which network religion originally developed the VPN.

BCP is the best for site to site vpn. I have not seen it on other vendors routers. There are several videos on YouTube show the config. The craziest thing is BCP and MLPPP are used but nothing marked BCP or MLPPP in MikroTik.

Remember any changes to sip service in firewall requires reboot.

Forced On is needed for powering some Ubiquiti devices because of the design of the POE interface.
The negotiation for power requires certain resistance measurements that not all devices comply.
I usually use Forced On after checking the installation for long term reliability.
