Will SWOS get a loop protect feature ? Noticed there is nothing like that at the moment nor will it send the port into shut mode if such an error is detected.

Whats the best way to use this purely as a switch to save cpu overhead?

I would like to only isolate the 5 sfp ports and keep the combo port open.

I too am having the same problem, first I get a error "could't start - interface not up (6)" then when I press start again it shows me a little traffic on rx only just as the image above.

Edit: it only happens on queue's but when I torch the interface it works fine.

EDIT:

There seems to be an issue it doesn't pass pppoe traffic.


Could there be something else I could try?

Is it possible to use the RB750 like a port based vlan switch where for eg, port-1 is the uplink port and all other ports (2-5) only communicate with port 1 and don't see each other.
