download the stable version for your mikrotik from the mikrotik website and then open winbox select files and drag and drop the new version in files . Reboot the mikrotik router and it will be upgraded.

Re: How to make vpn exclude 1 internet, in a load balancer

I am not sure but I think you should know what kind of traffic you want to send through ether 1(vpn) and ether 2 and then mark you traffic and route them accordingly

Re: Make Printer reachable in a different network

I would recommend try to ping the ip of the printer you want to add to the network if you can ping it then all you need to do is add that printer into system from control panel but if you cannot ping it then just put some static routes that can be the only reason if you cannot ping that printer.

Re: Issue with connection to Skype + 3CX PBX

Appok I would recommend you use wireshark and inspect packets going to destination this will help you understand where the problem is?
Compare wireshark traffic on the sites which has problem and which does not has and you will have your problem narrowed down.

Without radius etc, one way would be to change the remote address on their secret - i.e. have an 'internal' / 'suspended' pool thats not a public IP that they get, then in your mikrotik have mangle rules for any traffic from that range to be redirected to your server where the HTML page is. Thanks ...
