In version 7.9.x.
After the OVPN client connects, the IP4 address given to client appears in the list of ipv4 addresses
ip/address/print
In version 7.10.x It's does not. And no one packets pass through the router.
My solution is: don't use version 7.10.x

After the upgrade to v7.10 (stable). The ovpn client will no longer emerge into the the ip/address table. Also there will be a missing entry in the routing table, i.e. there is no gateway. Due to this, the router is no longer able to exchange ip packets between the network and the ovpn client.

Mikrotik log gives error: ovpn,debug,error,l2tp,25032,54552,25032,27308,54212,25584,l2tp,info,25588,debug duplicate packet, dropping I found solution for myself. windows notepad mades OpenVPN files encoded UTF-8 BOM format. OpenVPN config files should be encoded in UTF-8. UTF-8 with BOM not working.
