Re: Question about the hAP ac

Hi, I would grab a hAP ac2 or hAP ac3 (more RAM/Flash, better antennae) instead. They have more CPU power (4 cores vs single core) and cost less. Except if you need an SFP slot. Only hAP ac has that. BR Woland Don't forget the PoE out is missing on the hAP AC 2 (which has kept me bying the gen1 uni...

Re: powering wall wart devices in a datacenter

Have you considered using PoE from a switch to power them? Most of the devices that take AC power via adapter seem to also take PoE in on at least one port.

Re: Need help for get rid of the HH3k with Bell Fibe

any hope to see 2.5Gbps sync in the future or hardware is limited to 1 or 10 Gbps only? The S+RJ10 supports 2.5GbaseT as do others like the Ipolex SFP-10G-T-S (I'd link amazon and a video I did featuring the ipolex but i'm not sure if i'm allowed per forum rules off hand) These are fully supported ...

Settings Syncronization

I'm trying to configure a pair of CCR1036 units in an active/standby role and want to keep firewall rules between them in sync, does anyone know of a method to handle this regularly(even a script that ran say daily to copy the settings from Router1 to Router2 would be sufficient in this case)

Re: Update on CRS354 Switches? (moved post)

I know I've been holding out for these too, CRS328's are great but 24+4 port switches start adding up to a lot of wasted rack space and increased management quick.

CRS317-1G-16S+RM Performance

I just finished installing a pair of CRS317-1G-16S+RM to use as storage switches in a small hyper-v cluster. I'm only seeing ~3.3-3.6Gb/s between the servers in the cluster with traffic passing through the switch, I know it's not the network cards(I get 9.9Gb/s card to card) and I feel like I'm over...
