I need to edit session time left on active user on hotspot. So the gamers not to login again from captive portal. and their game not cut off.

I have Huawei B525s-64a modem which is 70mbs speed, if i connect the mikrotik Hap lite rb941-2nd the speed is only 17mbps outpot from mikrotik even on rb951Ui-2nd only 17mbps or below,
but other router is up to 60-70mbps speed.
Why mikrotik routers slowing the speed from my modem
