Have you checked that autonegotiation actually went for 10G? Did you try forcing it to 10G? Have you checked CPU load during your bandwith tests?

I have enabled the fastrack on routeros running on supermicro, i can see traffic passing on fastrack connection and accept rule in firewall filter rule, but no traffic is passing on dumy rule in both mangle and filter rule.
