Can we get a Manual Negotiation (Non Auto Nego) speed of 2.5Gbps and 5Gbps added for the SFP+ port?

4 Years later... Still the best little thread I've come across. RB2011 ate crap after a POE power outage/spike recently. Seems they don't like HV/POE issues.
