ADSL Feature Request

When can we see some ADSL PCI card support for some of the more standard PCI ADSL chipsets ?, got loads of ideas to use ROUTEROS on client sites but they want the devices to support ADSL directly in the box. And not use ADSL to ethernet bridges.

I would like to do my own loop back addresses like on cisco kit I can have an address assigned which is injected into the routing table to stableise my dynamic network.

Not just the local 127.0.0.1 loop back, I used to do it on linux with Zebra.

Loop back interface

Does the Routeros Software let you configure loop back interfaces ?

I use them when building my mesh network as interfaces that are always up and avalible, and I cant find how to set them up on the routeros system.

Network Interface down but still showing connected route

Why is it that when I unplug a network from one of the nic's in our routeros box does it not remove that route from the routing table. Like a cisco router does. Instead it stays there even if the network is unpluged. this leads to problems with dynamic routing. Please can this be sotred so that if a...
