Re: Access Mikrotik web gui via internet on thru LTE

Hi SiB, There is nothing special about the sensor. I wrote a program that interfaces with it on specific ports. I set up dstnat for every port thus far that I need. Only reason I want to connect to the web interface is for troubleshooting when I am having issues. But my main struggle at the moment i...

Re: Access Mikrotik web gui via internet on thru LTE

Thank you for the quick response. I added the scripts at the bottom so that it checks every 5 mins if it can ping google. if not I want it to reboot. That does seem to work to great. I could also use different port to forward to web? # jul/01/2020 15:59:31 by RouterOS 6.45.9 # software id = 8VMS-MN0...

Access Mikrotik web gui via internet on thru LTE

Good day All, I have a Ltap Mini with LTE. The sim car has been made unrestricted by the sim operator. My goal is to have a weather sensor on the farm and connect directly to the cloud id for the Mikrotik device and access either the mikrotik web interface or the sensor. I cant seem to ping the the ...

Is there a Firmware versions vulnerability list

Hi All, I would like to know which firmware versions are vulnerable and which for "now" are not. I see some older firmware on some devices like 6.35.4 and I personally know a third party that was hacked but not sure which firmware they ran. Obviously after that they upgraded, that sorted t...

Re: v6.45.2 [stable] is released!

When I upgraded an LtAP mini (luckily a test machine) to 6.45.1, I lost the LTE interface! When I upgraded to 6.45.2, the LTE interface is back again. There is nothing in the release/change notes. Anybody else experiencing the same issue? I had this randomly happen. After restarting a few times it ...

Re: v6.45.2 [stable] is released!

@CrimzinZA As noted above, make sure the firmware matches (in Winbox, System > Routerboard > Upgrade , then reboot the box). If that doesn't help, you might want to try downgrading to the "long term" release...under System > Packages , you can select the older package. Don't know if it wi...

Re: v6.45.2 [stable] is released!

I recently purchased 4 LtAP mini's I have upgraded each one to 6.45.2 ( original factory type was 6.42.1 ) The LTE connection is VERY unreliable. I am using Vodacom sim both contract and Pay as you go. I had to remove both sims pin as the software can't handle it. It has internet for a few minutes t...
