Im feeling stupid now... The problem is not in the Mikrotik everithnig is fine here, someone is changed the allowed_subnets in Nginx (he use geoip) and he drop the connection, when is from insaide because the IP is not is allowed list. Thanks for the answers. Tha Hairpin NAT work fine.

RB3011 arm, CAPsMAN on 1AP, PPPoE WAN (100mbps), ~20 clients, high internal traffic, WireGuard VPN in 70% of the time is active, only IPv4 used here, 28 firewall rules, cloud enabled. No issue for now(or at least I haven't noticed there).

For the first time on betas released RB3011 doesn't have kernel panic :) I always use same config, btw - Installed via net install.
