What about the lastest 6.44beta. Something different in the beacon?

+1, I would like to see it as an option to disable to make any mikrotik wifi device as generic wifi device as possible.

What you want is security through obscurity. This is a bad idea, giving you a false sense of added safety, which is not the case. Probing and exploiting a vulnerability is fast, and doesn't rely on those details to select a target. You should set up your network in such a way that it should not mat...

UPDATE: tried the following way https://blog.pessoft.com/2019/03/02/mikrotik-firmware-remote-upgrade-small-disk-device/ but it didn't work. Seeing 3rd party Mikrotik's SW version

Hello I have been trying WiFi Scan on hap lite for quite some time and today discovered one interesting thing. I'm able to see 3rd party mikrotik's details like this (screenshot attached). Couldn't find anything related to this in the documentation. I don't mind to see someone else's router details,...
