Re: Usb port invalid

I have the same problem with a 411U an Huawei E220. Starts up correctly 50% of the time, other times exactly what you describe and this requires a trip to the site- Very frustrating.

Any suggestions?

Re: Script help needed

Thanks for the help.

I know MT was not designed for what i want to do, but it is such a simple task that it does not warrant a dedicated pc. These devices will also be installed in less than perfect conditions, so the more compact we can keep everything the better.

Thanks again.

Brilliant!

/tool fetch mode=http address=thermometerIP src-path=/geta1.cgi user=admin password=password dst-path=temperature.txt

It dit the trick, thanks a million.

Next step is to timestamp and concat all of these into a daily log.

Any ideas while we are at it?

Was afraid you were going to ask that...

Quite embarressing, but i used a windows app, VisualWget. Under advanced options, you can specify username and password.

It the downloads the page displaying only the value.

If i dont specify username and password, it downloads the login page.

/tool> fetch address=thermometerIP mode=http src-path=/gett1.cgi user=admin password=password dst-path=123.txt

Both return the same result... the login page and not the value.
