With UM latest version, it is easy to accomplish:
Look for [Users]
[Total time left] [is] [equal to] type 0 (zero)
and click Search... voila. There the expired users list that you can remove from the menu bar command.

For sessions you can select all, click edit on menu bar and click remove


For the use of 100% storage, from what I know, it's auto resize, it's not a defined size.

Validity End time/Till time ignoring time zone setting in customer and router setting.
Please fix this bug.
In the meantime, I work around this issue by adding 7h (I'm GMT +7) in the validity field.
