Weird Winbox Issues

I seem to have run into some issues with winbox. I have reloaded routerOS on 3 devices and when I first install a clean 3.6 install I can open and close and reopen winbox and it will save my window positions and settings, etc. I setup the each device and add some users and winbox no longer saves win...

Re: RC9 Compact Flash not booting.

I also couldn't get any version 3 beta to boot on a x86 compact flash. I tried 2 different motherboards both running AMD/via chips. The kernel would start to load but then would seem to hang. I have 2.9.4x running on both these boards with no probs.

Compare the wireless ack timeout?

I am attempting to write a script to compare the ack timeout. If the ack is greater than 100 then reset the wlan device. Is this possible? Or maybe check the Overall tx CCQ to see if it's less than 50%.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Script to read log output/wireless debug messages

Hi, I have looked around the forum and I cannot seem to find a way to read the log file in a script. I am trying to check the wireless log for 4+ messages containing "data from unknown device" and send a email message to the admin. Is this possible? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Re: CPE-Antenna alignment via customer / Application available?

I found this site that hosts the Radio Manager software.

http://www.cablefreecommunications.com/

I really like the app. except it really needs the ability to check RSSI via SNMP.
I wouldn't want to give out any telnet passwords to our customers.
