Hello, We currently have a ccr1036-8g-2s+em Would like to upgrade to ccr1072-1g-8s. We need more SFP Ports to connect to other networks. We have configured the ccr1036 for bgp etc. SFP1 and SFP2 being used. Can we just make a backup of the configuration on ccr1036 and import to ccr1072 just fine? Wo...

sfpplus2 now giving the error as we changed uplink to it
However bgp is stable,
Seems to be a bug.

I have no issues from an EX4600 to our Mikrotiks.
Is this ethenet to ethernet?
Yes one of the Ethernet ports of the mikrotik to a Ethernet port to the Juniper (Ethernet)

Yes you can do it! Because you can create many instances and when setup peer you setup it with which instance will connect to it! But you have to talk with your provider if they will give you connection with the same IP or not! As it is one of mos powerful routers of Mikrotik it can handle this but...

I would expect them to be, MikroTik boxes aren't fussy about their optics. I use generic 10GBASE-SR SFP+ modules from the FiberStore (https://www.fs.com/de-en/products/11552.html) and they work fine. Thanks, i checked them aswell. I saw this site. So i will go either with the Amazon ones or the one...
