Hardware availablilty

Looking through the major US distributors there seems to be a lack of popular equipment, with some backorders approaching 60-90 days. Namely the LGH and the QRT2. Normis et al. what say you? Yes or no has the QRT2 EOL?

Re: Monitor CPU temp in DUDE RB1200

For us non-conforming Americans is there a way to display the Temperature in Fahrenheit? I tried to add the conversion at the end of the oid just like the /10 but that did not work.

Thanks

Routerboard Hardware wish list

23-25dbi antenna would fit the bill. Also a 2ghz with 27-30 dbm with 19dbi antenna would be great.

19dbi @ 2ghz would be nice to see. About 16" across. More than likely one of your best sellers.

NOT TO DO. Weird instalations?

This was a closet I was in today. Troubleshooting a faulty wall jack. Nothing was labeled.

Same problem here. Dude server running 4.16 http on port 81 worked fine. Upgrading to 5.0 broke port 81. Upgraded Dude to 4 beta 3 and same problem. Running Dude on x86 box.

Craig, I have been reading your threads and have decided to resurrect this one. I am having problems with a u300 and rb411u. Running ros5. I had this running on beta 5rc7 and was working. I use this as a backup ap and have not paid much attention to it. Yesterday I was fooling around with it and rea...

Re: Winbox for Android OS?

on RouterOS v5 beta you have the web interface (Webfig) which is can almost entirely replace winbox. Have you tried it? [/quote] Yes. It works great from my PF but not from my android running 2.1 Login using known user-name and password and it just keeps asking like it is a bad user/pass. Edit -- r...

Re: SolarTik

come on guys n gals !

What do you want a super-duper AP power controller to do ?

Even if you think your idea is useful just once in a blue moon, it'd be very nice to have the solution already there and waiting.
FM Radio Reciever with DTMF Decoder to flop the power when your AP locks up.

Re: Dude + CompactFlash + RB1000

Currently there is support for User Manager and other data storage by '/store', in the future the same option will be available for the Dude.

Is the Future Here Yet?????
