Re: help me recover this old Rb250GS

Hi Pe1chl,

fair enough -- but what do i need to do to get tftpd to run properly -- in this case ?

Also may I ask: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/SwOS/RB2 ... S_firmware ----- what OS are they using - so that I can do the same ?

Thanks

help me recover this old Rb250GS

HI,

I've flahsed an incorrect file onto my Rb250GS - works fine as an unmanaged switch -- but how do i get to flash a correct firmware?

Have tried TFTP -- but does not seem to pick up an IP or the file ?

MIKROTIK RB911G-2HPND, Maximum speed possible

Just a quick basic question: what is the theoretical maximum that can be achieved with 2 of these boards, 21dbi antennae. Lets say at 100m, clear LOS. Thanks

OK -- guys - got it working -- I must have erroneously pressed CAPSLOCK when I put in the password.

Thought about it -- and I'm in. Thanks chaps.

Re: how to reset MIKROTIK RB911G-2HPND

Hi Dude2048, Thanks again for your reply.

I have the board only -- so there's no reset button

Re: how to reset MIKROTIK RB911G-2HPND

No power. Push the button and keep it pressed. Plug in the powercable. Wait until user led starts blinking. Release the clip Hi Dude2048, Thanks for your reply. I have POE -- so no power cable -- or would it be the same ? "Push the button and keep it pressed." -- what button is this? Thanks

Re: Having a bigger dish? [SOLVED]

Also make sure you have aligned your dishes properly. In terms of wireless quality, there is no magic - i...
