Customer to AP Signals

The biggest AP I have has about 47 users on one sector running PPPoe with MPPE128 stateless. I run 2.4ghz b/g on this 90 degree pac wireless horizontal sector with an engenius radio card at 400mw. I have customers down in the -30s ranging up to the -70s on signal wise. I have been doing some researc...

Re: RB600 with 604 daughterboard

Why do you guys say they are garbage? I've had a pretty good experience with them. They are 400mw and i've had a few 600mw also. the 52's i see are only 100mw and the h's are 350. EMP-8602s 600mW a/b/g Mini PCI Atheros is the 600mw card at 52.00 bucks is cheaper than 69.00 at the h with almost twice...

Re: Kill Canopys

Guys, I deal with Canopy's all day long everyday. I hate them damn things. Yes they are good at making a lot of noise. But, I am on a water tower and I am coexisting with them just fine. The 900mhz system I know for a fact won't do anything against my 2.4ghz equipment but, the 2.4 ghz canopy equipme...

Re: Calling in the big guns. 2.4 ghz g/10mhz/5mhz

From what I have learned about interference. I have spaced them out as far as I could and still sometimes I have to put them closer together to get the right amount quality. The signal's might be a little worse but the quality is there. I have a lot of a few providers in my area that are using canop...

Re: Pref Src on Dynamic Route

you need to add in mangle rules to mark the connections and then use the connection marks to determine which one you want to go out where. Edit: after re-reading your post again for the third time, your not even close to the right path. you need to make nat rules and mangle rules and add routing rul...
