What I understood is that, most probably, SIM holder's contacts some time loose the connection so the message in the LOG is "SIM removed" even if no one touched anything and is fixed with a power off\on, a reboot or a LTE card disable\eneable

this setup run almost 1 year and half more or less and weeks ago suddenly this problem appeared.
The SIM is OK and the problem persists even swapping to a brand new SIM

Just to let you know the end of the story. The nano to micro SIM adapter definitely damaged the SIM holder. This morning I visited a smartphone repair shop, but they refused to have a look to my Mikortik, so I got a new SIM holder for 2 euro, a big one, for traditional SIM... it was for Nokia phones...

OK. Removed the 4 red screws and the 2 green, split the mainboard from the black base and removed the SIM locked. Assembled everything again and now... the unit does no more recognize any SIM. it says SIM NOT INSERTED. Most likely the SIM holder has been damaged or something like that. I can use it ...

Yes I was trying different SIM card from different operators... and...
YES I used a SIM adapter because the SIM is a nano and the MikroTik slot is a micro.

I would like to avoid to use super glue... if the glue the blocks both the SIM and the chassis together... it will be a nightmare

the LTE cat6 modem is usually connected to the same cell-id
Primary Band		B3@20Mhz earfcn: 1850 phy-cellid: 435
But this cellid is NEVER displayed in the LTE Cell Monitor, even if I put very huge Max Age time.
