Just upgraded to 3.2, when editing a device the DNS name is empty if you put the DNS name back in it is empty again when you go look.
New bug - this is on a windows server.
Had the same problem, the DNS name stays empty... on Windows Server

I just installed 3.2 and the same happened. I've also lost all my device labels. Disk and CPU services are all down too - on Mikrotik devices.
OK, I'm not alone...
Going back to 3.1 until someone tells me it's solved

Do you have incorrect checksum for both SNMPwalks from Dude and from your program ? Yes, I get the same errors using my other software but it doesn't prevent it from getting the answers and continuing to send requests.... Hi, I have finally done a Wireshark capture of what's going on with my SNMP Walk on the AS400.... Who can I send it to in order to check what's going on ? I don't really know how to read this but it seems that there's an incorrect checksum in the UDP packet.... but well, I don't know how to read it....

Export the XML ... Make a backup then you can search the XML directly. Do you know XML? Once you find the offending information you can remove it and save the xml then re-import your backup. I'm able to reproduce it every time. I only have one Dude server. I'm trying to search for 3 letters that represents a part of my computer name... at first search, it's ok, at the second, it crashes. My map is having 120 devices on it. But I've just retried right now and .... it's not crashing anymo...

Unfortunately we don't have AS400 on our lab, we are unable to test it with this device. Make sure you don't have any firewall on AS400, you may try to run sniffer on computer where Dude is installed and check what happens with packets. Thanks for your answer. Hi, Thanks again. It only discovers Telnet and Ping... I don't use any custom settings at all. Funny thing is that it's able to display the SNMP traffic graph for each interface. I want to attach a JPG but it says "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.". My jpeg is 47 kb ... ...

I still can't imagine why but here are 2 things to try. So lets make sure that the connection doesn't disappear... Start ping -t yourfirewall Then let the polling happen see if ping fails. And change the polling interval to say 2 minutes instead of the default. What happens if you do that? Maybe on...

I have discovered that if I don't create any link on the map and observe my device settings, it's able to poll without any problem...
As soon as I create a link to my network, it freezes the polling and the interfaces disappear and reappear...
I still cannot find how to solve this problem.

Problem with a Cisco PIX 501

Hi, I have a problem on my network at home. I have a Cisco PIX 501 as a firewall and when my Dude server polls it, the interfaces keep showing and disappearing.. I cannot get any stat from them. Of course, my SNMP community and all the rest is ok My computer is directly connected to a gigabit switch...

Are you using full path to the wolcmd program in .bat file?
I have also added the full path to the wolcmd program in the batch but it's the [Device.MacAddressesColumn] variable that did the trick :)

Thanks a lot, Works well if I type it in a DOS box but doesn't work from TheDude. Here's the command line I have created : C:\Softs\wol\wol.bat [Device.FirstMacAddress] [Device.FirstAddress] 255.255.248.0 But it doesn't seem to work when started from TheDude. Any idea ?
