You can use RB5009/L009 as a switch if you want. I'm using L009 as a plain switch.

Just be aware that ether1 on L009 is not connected to the switch chip so use it as mgmt port.

Only downside of using PPSK is that you are unable to use WPA3 but for a home user WPA2 with strong passphrase shouldn't represent great security risk.
