Can you show me iperf TCP test? I suspect it will be around 200-250Mbps.

Re: routerboard 133/133c as a single access point

First off, 133c has very weak CPU. Second - upgrading the license on this old routerboard will cost more than buying new one with better CPU, more RAM and maybe with better wireless card.

Re: Not bad for 106 KM :)

Synthetic test TCP on mikrotik gives more credible results for passing data over wireless links. This is my opinion based on my personal experience. I have seen speeds over 500Mbps when using UDP, but TCP is near 200Mbps - that is big difference. So i expect on this particular link TCP speed test sh...

Test with TCP and post results
Why? what benefit will that give?
TCP test is closer to real life data

Re: Nstreme + AC = No more than 170Mb Throughput!! 6.19+6.20

results after 10 days: Routerboards AC 13km distance, 1.2m dish on one side, 60cm on other side - rocketdish. Signal jumping around between -44 to -75. Not very stable troughput overall - 100Mbps TCP simplex. I was trying forcing TX power, data rates, NV2 latency, channel size (20 to 80MHz), swappin...

Linux like interface config

It was like 6 years ago when i asked about linux-type of interface configuration. The problem is every time you change the card, configuration is bound to last one and when you swap or change interface, it is in disabled mode. Mikrotik, do us a favour - keep interface/user config the same even inter...

Re: Mikrotik, 802.11N and nstream (Working)

uldis and normis really dont care about anyone's posts and comments. My remarcs and from people around this board are just FYI. This is not a support, this is just as i said before bug report forum for us. We are lucky that we receive feedback from this people. We are also lucky that OS is Lynux. We...

Re: Preconfigure new/replacement wireless card?

I did back in the days several posts about this issue, but no one from mikrotik ever took it into account. Dont bother even think about it - write your config to a file, and restore one by one.
