Yes, the reset button should be pushed after power is applied and released when some of the LED starts to blink (~around 5 seconds). However, there might be some modified default configuraiton on your router. For such case bulletproof solution is Netinstall, https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Net...

Make /ip firewall filter rule in chain=input.

Allow 1723 PPTP for specific address ,
/ip firewall filter add chain=input action=drop protocol=tcp src-address=!your_IP dst-port=1723

The problem is related to the bridge.
You web-server and client are at the same bridge interface, and packets from iphone goes to bridge, they are not hitting firewall.

First of all you need to consider for yourself, what you want to achieve with DMZ.
MikroTik RouterOS does not have such checkbox DMZ=enabled/disabled.
But MikroTik RouterOS provides you with wide range of firewall/NAT/mangle features, that allows to achieve any possible setup with firewall.

I assume 192.168.86.254 is your load balancer.

Configure simple routing rules on it,
/ip route add gateway=192.168.86.253 dst-address=192.168.0.0/24
/ip route add gateway=192.168.86.253 dst-address=192.168.1.0/24

Then you do not need NAT on 86.253 and clients can reach your gateway directly.
