Re: netflow for some of PPPoE interfaces

Is the CoA still don't work for PPPoE?
yes :(
that's why i use MPD - it's more powerfull in PPPoE/PPPTP aggregation than MT, but if MT support's MPD fetures i'll convert all my MPD PPPoE BRAS-es to MT PPPoE BRAS-es

Re: PPPoE server throughput issue

This:
queue type set default pfifo-limit=1
queue type set ethernet-default pfifo-limit=1
and this:
queue type set default pfifo-limit=4294967295
queue type set ethernet-default pfifo-limit=4294967295
gives same effect :(

Re: PPPoE server throughput issue

No any kind of encryption or compression. I don't use them and don't planned to use. Hardware - any PC that i tryed (celeron 1Gz, P4 2.2Gz) - all of them not so fast , but i'm only one user on this PPPoE server (this is test installation) and i think perfomance of PC not the problem. ROS - i tested ...

PPPoE server throughput issue

Dear Community, help me to understand. I setup my MT as PPPoE server, everything works fine, i mean RADIUS, routing etc. but when i download file from my own FTP server i always get max 34Mbps? When i download same file without using MT as PPPoE - i get ~90Mbps throughput. Any idea? P.S. NAT not used.

Re: PPPoE multi session

Single User ID is able to sign in at multiple places at same time, which is obviously i dont want. I also checked "One Session Per Host" but still same thing. How can i restrict each ID on signle session. "one session per host" means "one session from unique MAC" just install RADIUS server - it can...

Re: Radius CoA and PoD with PPPOE

PPPoE doesn't support CoA, only PoD.
it mean i can't send to active PPPoE session Mikrotik-Recv-Limit or Mikrotik-Xmit-Limit or Mikrotik-Rate-Limit? only disconnect this session via PoD?

How about real examples? I want to set dHCP to do two things: 1) to turn NETBOIS off on client and 2) to set specific static route (for example: to set default gateway 10.50.0.1 for network 10.50.0.0/16). DMZ with NAT

I want "hide" all my servers with MT NAT and the question is - does MT NAT support:
- DNS query
- DNS zone transfers
- www (HTTP/HTTPS) traffic
- mail (SMTP/POP3/IMAP) traffic
- ftp traffic
Any example configurations very desired ;)

P.S. Im newbie with MT because i always worked with cisco.
