I have lost memory about last time I powered up one bridge/cpe/access-point by jack... Just the "desktop" units... OK but this is fiber product (SFP fiber connection) If there were no SFP, then the lack of the DC is OK. However, in the case of the use of the fiber why do I have to use POE...

NetMETAL 5 (ac with SFP) - without DC in ?

Hi
Can anyone logically explain why NetMETAL5 will be without the DC IN connector?

When someone wants to use the SFP it will not use POE
and then the DC connector is required.

Use twisted pair to power the device exposes unnecessary damage the LAN port.

Re: Very bad preformance on Prism and ROS 3.10

I read this post but this does`t fix problem
multi-cpu=no

If ROS 3.0 does`t support prism card then why have driver ?

I tested ROS 3.2 , 3.10 and this some problem.

Very bad preformance on Prism and ROS 3.10

Hi

Why on ROS 3.X preformance on prism card is so low ?
Why long clients links witch short preamble ? (SP in data rate in registration) - driver does`t have long/short/both option.

If ROS is 2.9 Preformance OK in this some board(x86)

Re: Power issue in HARDWARE RB411 / RB433 and probably RB433AH

On power supply DVE 24V, 1.6A on RB411, if power lost when RB running for few hours and reboting , and power fast back again then RB Halted allways :(

On DVE 24V, 0,8A, RB halted but only sometimes.

Hi,

I intstalled ROS 3,7 on USB stick(netinstall lan boot) and can`t boot when keyboard not instaled, router booting, uncompresing kernel and reboot.
When I plug keyboard router boot OK.

On ROS 3.4 PC boot OK with and without keyboard.
