You do not have 1 antenna Mikrotik, which passport data you use in the calculations. And your own design of 2 antennas, no one knows the parameters of such an antenna system. Judging by your answers you have little understanding of the issue. 48 is the total of 2 channels respectively 51 in each channel. (256 QAM.5/6) You may lack the level of even full speed in band 80. First of all, show screenshots of how the links work.
Antenna Gain: 16 ( usually 12 but it think it works better at 16 )
You are mistaken by putting 16 you have reduced the output power by 2.5 times. It will work better if you set the gain to 0.

What makes you think that a radio channel has the same properties as a cable? Packet loss on the radio is a normal mode of operation. After all, you are using a common transmission medium and judging by CCQ you are not the only one using it.

The DHCP server does not work with users, it works with leases.
In ROS, it is limited only by the number of IP addresses that you set in the DHCP pool. And the capabilities of the device.
